That's actually the motto of Remy, the heroine from
Nobody's Girl. If you don't know what it is, it's an anime about Remy, a young girl who goes through a lot of trials -- from getting kicked out of her home to working everyday for the benefit of an old man who 'cares' for her. Despite everything, Remy manages to stay lively and optimistic. In the end, she finds out that she is actually the daughter of a rich woman and everything else goes well for her.
I may not be Remy, but her motto really applies to me right now. I will not let this one event bring me down. I know that it isn't entirely my fault. I'm better than this.

Anyway, I'm going to join the International Coastal Cleanup tomorrow. Ada Suarez, my
kalahi from last year, will also come along! Tomorrow ought to be fun.
I really should start packing my things for tomorrow.
If I fall into the bay, will I grow an extra finger? :))
